Effective July 8, 2026. Applies to the website pingvera.com and the service app.pingvera.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Pingvera is a monitoring service for websites and servers, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Artem Meleshkin. The service includes:
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials and API tokens confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide a valid email address: it is how we deliver alerts and important service notices. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement.
The service exists to monitor infrastructure you are entitled to monitor. You agree to:
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules; where reasonable we will contact you first.
The service offers a free plan covering up to 5 monitored sites per account, and paid subscription plans with higher limits and additional features, as described on the pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider (acting as merchant of record). You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in the dashboard; access remains until the end of the paid period. Plan limits and prices may change; we will announce material changes in advance.
The service is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis, without a service level agreement (SLA), warranties of uninterrupted operation, or guarantees that every outage will be detected. We work hard to keep monitoring reliable — but monitoring is an observation tool, not an insurance policy.
Alerts are delivered through third-party platforms (email providers, Telegram and other messengers, webhook receivers). We hand notifications to these platforms promptly, but we cannot guarantee their delivery, timing or availability — those depend on the third party and on your own settings (spam filters, blocked bots, unreachable webhook endpoints). For critical monitoring, configure more than one notification channel.
Pingvera is a monitoring tool: it observes and reports, it does not operate your infrastructure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from downtime of your monitored systems, missed or delayed alerts, or your reliance on monitoring data. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (for the free plan, this amount is zero). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may modify, add or discontinue features of the service, and we may update these terms. The current version is always available at pingvera.com/terms.html. Material changes will be announced in the service or by email; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the dashboard (Settings → Danger zone). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk for the service. Upon termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the operator's place of business. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation are subject to the competent courts, unless mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
